As subject,
when i try to configure my dac in 2.1 mode (stereo plus one subwoofer),
moode don't apply this and remain in dual mono and lost cutoff frequency
can anyone help me?

Post the output from moode log and I'll have a look

when i set subwoofer 2.1 and push apply ite return to dual mono

if i right remember also with previous versions of moode i had the same problem and, until now i used other program with allo piano in 2.1 mode

other test:
if i set dual mono, dual stereo or stereo when i push apply it sets ok
if i set sub 2.1 o sub 2.1 it returns to the last set that i previous have used ( stereo or dual mono or dual stereo)

i have the same problem in 2.1 mode!
