Solved: Libray no longer loads on external drive
#1
Within the last 48 hours, I can no longer load the library from the external hard drive. The drive I was using was housed in an Oyen Digital enclosure with a 4.0 TB Seagate HDD and a dedicated power supply. The library builds then bombs with anh MPD socket error. I tried an older drive which had a library on and that ,loaded. Since then I wiped out that drive at the partition level and loaded new library and I get the same problem.

I have tried multiple cables and two different power supplies.

RPI 3B+ with the Allo Katana dac stack. Both drives work fine with win W10 Intel Nuc.

I use a 128 GB USB flash drive and that works.

Any suggestions?

Problem solved. In System, I changed the Kernel Architecture from 64 bit to 32 bit, restarted Moode and now it works!
