Moode - Boss 2 Player - Spotify Connect

I've searched the forum and haven't found an exact match for this issue.

Other streaming sources (via Moode) come in loud and clear.  Spotify Connect is almost no signal and almost all noise.  
 
I have the Boss 2 connected to a mixer and powered speaker.  I've installed the ground cable as instructed to the Nirvana PS.  The Boss is connected via wifi Dongle.
 
Any advice would be appreciated - thanks!

Very odd.

Are you using default settings on the Spotify Config page?
Any DSP's active for example CamillaDSP
ALSA Loopback active?

Here are default Spotify settings that work fine with my Boss2.

Thanks - checking that brought up the software  update screen, seems like it was a versioning issue.  Much better now - and thanks for the help!
