It sort of got confused. I couldn't turn my parametric eq back on for a while; i had to go back into the camilla settings and set configuration to off. I restarted around that time too.
btw: there's a small typo on Audio Info:
Output chain MPD -> Paranetric EQ -> plughw -> Device
