You do this using SSH to issue the Command:

From the Main moOde GUI, Menu(M)/ System/ Local Services ... and Set SSH Term Server to On and press Set

On the next line below, Press Open ... This will open an SSH session in a new Browser Window.

Login using Userid: pi and Password: moodeaudio

Type the command
Code:
moodeutl -l

and press Enter

Copy and paste the output to the Forum thread in a Code box (third Icon from the right on the top toolbar).

Hello,

First of all Thanks for help,
Because the 2TB external HDD cannot work with Moode audio, so I bought 1TB external HDD /same brand, same family, only size different/
I copy my music to the 1TB and it working well.

The 2TB have not only music on it, maybe this is what Moode did not like it.
