Problem: I cannot control moode audio after a long minutes
#1
Hello.
I am one of the people who enjoys mood audio.
moode audio is my favorite because it has good sound quality and is easy to use.

By the way, there is one problem.
Would you please help me to solve it?
I would like to thank you in advance for your support.

After a long time I wasn't using mood audio, I noticed that my Raspberry Pi had red and yellow LEDs lit and no control from the web page.
It seems that I often notice after about 30 minutes.

I asked a similar question before, but it seems to be another symptom.

When this happens, there is no choice but to forcibly turn off the power.

I don't like to force the power off, so I'd like to avoid it if possible.

The version of moode audio is 7.4.1 2021-10-02.

We look forward to your support.
If you have any other information you need, please let us know.

Thank you very much.

Try swapping in a different Raspberry Pi and see if the problem still happens.

Hello.
Thank you for your comment.
I have only one Raspberry Pi.
How would you like me?

I also want to know the reason for your comment.
Why do you suspect a hardware problem with my Raspberry Pi?

Thank you very much.

Jun,

Hi, Jun.

We know nothing about your system but we know that moOde does not behave this way normally. It's natural to suspect a hardware problem.

You can find information about the LEDs on the different RPi boards on sites devoted to the Raspberry Pi.

Kent

Hi Kent,

Thank you for your comment.
I see, I understand.
Unfortunately, I only have one RPi.
I would like to consider what can be done in the current environment.

* I would like to ask, but are the symptoms I have seen unusual?
* Isn't other people feeling it?

Thank you very much.

Reboot and then post the Moode startup log. It may contain information that can help in troubleshooting.

Code:
moodeutl -l

Hi Jun
I had the same problem not long ago, I don't know if the cause of my problem was the same as yours, I didn't check the LEDs on the pi.
The first thing I tried after this happened 2-3 times in the space of 2 hours was to re-write the moode image to the sd card.
I haven't had the problem again.
Hopefully this works for you too.

Hi Matte,

Thank you for your comments.

I felt that the method you pointed out was one of the methods I could do.
It's good news for me that you've done it first and got good results.

Thank you for your comment.

Hi Mattt,

Good evening.
Thank you for your advice and comments the other day.
I had some time yesterday, so I tried the re-setup you pointed out.
Yesterday and today I'm watching and it feels good.
Even if I leave the Raspberry Pi alone for quite some time, the system seems to stay up and running without hanging. I tried it for about 30 to 60 minutes.
Thank you again.
