Just wondering why there is a difference between in the bit rates between Decoded to and Output rate?
Eg.
[*]Decoded to16 bit, 44.1 kHz, Stereo, 883 kbps
[*]Output rate16 bit, 44.1 kHz, Stereo, 1.411 Mbps

For compressed audio files the decode bitrate represents the amount of compression where higher bitrates indicate lower compression.
