moOde receiving bluetooth from another device
#1
I've had a look but I'm not sure what I'm doing here.

Current system: I have a Pi 4 running moOde 8.0.2 attached to an external DAC via USB. I listen to flac files on a USB drive attached to the Pi.  Works great.

What I'd like: To be able to play music/YouTube videos on a Linux PC with a Bluetooth dongle and somehow send the audio to my Pi and have the output go to the DAC. Perhaps the PC's Bluetooth dongle would detect moOde as something to pair with as you do with headphones.

Poking around in the menus I'm not sure what I'm looking for, and some of the relevant-ish looking options mention the Pi requiring "A Bluetooth adapter must be physically attached and enabled".  Doesn't the Pi have Bluetooth? I can see moode has a DLNA server section but wouldn't I want the server to be running on my desktop and moOde receives from that?

Pi-4 has integrated Bluetooth.

1. Open System Config and verify that Integrated BT adapter is ON.
2. Open Audio Config
- Turn on Bluetooth
- Turn on Paring agent

Your PC should have Moode Bluetooth in its Bluetooth scan list.
On your PC click Connect.
Enjoy the Music!
