Problem: SURVEY: Contents get cut off on windows desktop with font-scaling
#1
Question
Hi there.

I recently realized that bottom part of the playback-control gets cut off if the window is maxed.
This has to do with the system font-scaling in windows-os.

This is how it looks like on my system:

and this is how it should look like:

So my question is if anyone can confirm this?

This is more like a survey to find out if there's a need to fix this...

Cheers,

Stephan

@Stephanowicz

This isn't just a Windows thing, if you mean Microsoft Windows. Happens in Linux desktop systems too. In either OS, forcing my browser to full-screen mode (typically function key F11) works a treat.

It can happen if user does OS-level display scaling, usually to get larger text on small high res screens. AFAIK there's no way to detect display scaling in CSS which is what would be necessary in order to make a media query to adjust the UI.
