Idea: Plexamp?

Would be awesome to have Plexamp headless supported natively within Moode. I haven't tried it, but from what I've read, it can be installed, but it will lock your DAC until you manually kill it.

By natively supported do you mean like the Renderers?

Do you have a link to the license for Plexamp?

Yes, that would be ideal. Would just make things a little more convenient, though when you install Plexamp headless, you are able to access it’s web UI through http://localhost:32500, and it’s probably important to retain that. Not sure if you’d be able to accomplish both things at once or not.

I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for or not. https://support.plex.tv/articles/2040964...formation/

It looks like it's also an MPD based player like moOde and so its a no-go for me. Your best bet is to run it on a separate Pi so when issues occur at least you can get support from the maintainer.
