[PROBLEM] "Local Input Active"

When I go to http://moode or http://moode.local shows the screen "Local Input Active" 0db.  I can go to settings, but I cannot get to the moode player. 

I have powered off the device that is running moode audio and the first time I went to the page it was normal, but the 2nd time it always pops up the "local Input Active" screen and I cannot use the player.

I have looked here with no solutions:

How can I fix this so that I can use moode player again?

The log entry below indicates the Source Select screen was used. This screen is only relevant for Hifiberry DAC+ADC or Audiophonics 9028/9038 DAC which are integrated into Source Select, otherwise the screen does not offer any selectable options just the defaults.
