Solved: Moode 9 - Audio settings not saved
#1
Hi,

i had the problem in audio settings when I choose the "Output device" for my hardware DAC (Soekris DAM) it will not safe the "Volume type" settings to "Fixed 0db".
After a restart it is again set to"Software" (and vol set to zero) but I can't remember right wat was it before, I think it was "Hardware" but that I can't choose.

Does anyone else have this behaviour or even a solution?

Best regards ...Carsten

I have a protoDAC which uses same I2S driver as the DAM and like the DAM does not support Hardware volume, and I'm able to repro your issue. I'll add to the TODO list.

In the meantime you can get Fixed (0dB) by setting Volume type to Software and knob to 100.
Enjoy the Music!
