ALSA Options Output Mode
#1
Hello everyone!

I had to install the latest moode 9.04.
I can do everything, but not one thing.
It took a while to read both usb devices.
Than I have implemented Hifiberry AMP2/4, made a reboot.
But I can´t choose plug_hw nor hw.
It´s greyed out with IEC958.
I don´t want to output via HDMI, i want to use the Hifiberry AMP4.
What´s wrong with this?

Thank you!

Theres an "Invalid card number" error in your screen shot which suggests some sort of configuration issue.

Reboot and then post the contents of the startup log.

The log can be viewed via the SSH command moodeutl -l or downloaded via the Logs section in System Config, or via Menu, System info from any of the Config screens. The startup log will be at the end of System info output.

Hello Tim!

Thank you for your reply.
I have now connected a RPi5 to the AMP4, which boots really faster than the RPi3.
Several new starts made it possible, that now the sound comes through the speakers again.
Strange behavior.

Thanks again and a nice day for you!

Best regards, Steve
