[PROBLEM] Moode Camilladsp filter plot screen unreadable

Hi all,

I have been conversing with HenrikEnquiist on some issues.  We have an unresolved one as follows:

When showing the filter graph plot in the Camilladsp GUI, the colur mapping is incorrect.  An example is the Group Delay where the colour in the selection button is white, and the plot trace is black.  With the trace being black, it is also invisible since the window background is black. So the button should be a different colour, and the trace should match it.

This might be the case because the colour map may have been adjusted to more closely match the Moode colour scheme.

Moodes custom camillagui css is little behind with the current camillagui css. I see that it is missing some vars. I will update it build a new camilladsp deb package.

@Tim Curtis for the next release a new camillagui_2.1.0-1moode1 package is available in the repo.

@tonywsea is you are familar with installing deb packages you can update the repo and install this specific package by hand.

Aside from fixing the issue above also the version of the gui is bumped to 2.1.
