[PROBLEM] Pi5 or Pi4? 1gb or 2gb? USB or Hat?

I use Moode to listen to a NAS library of about 80,000 tracks/6,000 albums, stream internet radio and as a spotify connect and bluetooth endpoint.

My old (3b) Moode Pi has died and I need to buy a new one.

Few Q's:

Should I buy a 5 or 4?

How much memory do I need? 1Gb? 2gb? More?

Should I buy a Digi Hat and high case, or will it perform just as well over USB?

Get a 5 with the official cooler and PSU. moOde uses hardly any RAM so get the model with the lowest RAM.

If you have a USB DAC try USB before getting a S/PDIF HAT unless you just want to experiment :-)
