Hello there!

Hi,

I’m Tomek, I’m from Poland and I’ve been searching for a valid solution for streaming for yeaaaars.
Currently my setup consists of the old NAD c352 amp which drives the Monitor Audio Silver 6 speakers. This setup is great for analogue music, but in terms of streaming it’s quite “old fashioned” Smile

Streaming stuff is performed by an old raspi2b paired with Alloc Boss Dac hat. It’s my go-to solution and I think it’s quite efficient.

So, why am I here? Smile

The raspi has been powered by volumio for quite a long time, but I’m really fed up with its subscription model. So, I’m searching for some other solution. Moode looks good to me and I hope my search soon will be over Smile

Cheers!

Just a friendly FYI that only an 8 series, unsupported version of moOde is offered for the the old 32 bit Pi's. YMMV as to how this will work for your particular usage scenario.

Your best bet is to bump to a modern 64-bit Pi solution like the Pi-5 and moOde 9 series :-)
Enjoy the Music!

First of all, thanks for a warm welcome Smile
Well, right now all i hear is 'I don't want to buy another pi, I don't want to buy another pie' like a mantra Smile Probably I'll end up with like fifth or seventh raspi, but for now I'll explore the feats of the moOde 8... The beginning of the path looks exciting and promising Smile
