Three radio station updates

Since there has been a report of difficulty playing a particular (user-added) Internet radio stream I thought I'd take the time to make a round through all the stations in the moOde RADIO directory. I found three non-functional entries.

1) ABC Jazz (Australian)

I'm receiving the stream tonight as 24 bit, 48 kHz, Stereo, 96 kbps

2) Swiss Groove (you guessed it, Swiss)

now http://158.69.74.203:80/

I'm receiving the stream tonight as 24 bit, 44.1 kHz, Stereo, 128 kbps

3) WBJC Baltimore - 91.5 - Classical

This one hurts me. It's a local community college station whose programming I enjoy. I was the user who originally submitted it to Tim. In March they reported "The encoder for the legacy stream failed last week (we didn’t have notice either!) and we were already in the process of upgrading the main MP3 stream."

At the moment, I'm receiving the "main" stream as 24 bit, 32 kHz, Mono, 56 kbps   If they don't get their mojo back soon I'm going to recommend Tim drop them.
