New RPI4 Set Up Questions

Hi,

I have an IQ Audio DAC Pro laying around. I just ordered few parts.

1. IQ DAC Pro
2. RPI 4 2GB
3. 7” Touch Screen
4. Samsung Fit Plus 128GB USB Flash Drive

1. 32GB Micro SD (Latest Moode)
   
2. RPI4 Passive Heat Sink
   

Since I’m using this as stand alone only,
can it be setup/boot up without WiFi?
Or it will always look for WiFi connection?

I just want to play songs from the USB drive.

Does the onboard RPI4 WiFi chip affect sound
performance?

Will Moode play Hi Res Audio from the USB drive?
Or this needs different DAC/Hardware?

There are options on System config to turn of the integrated WiFi and Bluetooth adapters.
