Native DSD and SOX enabled.

With SOX enabled, my native DSD streams are being upsampled by SOX and sent out as PCM
to my USB DAC.    With SOX disabled, the DSD streams are sent out as DSD.

Any way to disable this?  I think Moode should only upsample PCM with SOX enable and
leave DSD streams alone.

IIRC this suggestion came up a few years ago and the challenge is that it requires modifying MPD itself.

This can be done by petitioning the MPD maintainer to provide the option or patch MPD and maintain it ourselves as we (@bitlab) did for the super nice SoX Selective Resampling option for which we had many requests.

I think for this "bypass SoX for DSD" option there would also need to be more requests but even if there were there is no guarantee that it would be feasible since no one has looked at the code yet to see whats involved in making the patch and then supporting it.
