How to enable auto login/disable active login
#1
I want to passively turn my RaspberryPi 4 Moode (version 9.2.4) streamer on and off with a surge suppressor. I can't find where to set this or any threads about it.  Thanks for your help.

Could you elaborate a bit more...?

To say it another way, I want my Moode streamer to turn on without any user input such as login. Since I followed the directions in the Moode setup guide (https://github.com/moode-player/docs/blo...r-tutorial), it currently requires user input of a UID and password to login. I want it to automatically login.

The WebUI doesn't require any login. The login is only used if you need to connect to moode via an SSH terminal and run commands.

I see. I only need to login if I want to use the UI directly on the pi, which I do not. I had not even tried accessing the web UI until I had logged in. Thanks!

Login is not required even when using the WebUI on an attached local display.

Its only needed to get a command line via an SSH terminal.
