which DAC to select?

I have a raspberry pi 3B+ with Ian Canada's FiFoPi, RPiDacHat.  This uses the ES9028QM chip.  I have tried several which work but either shows as a Burr Brown chip or shows as an ES9028 chip but I cannot select hardware volume control.

Any help would be much appreciated.
