TODO list for 9.0.0 - radio station links

Recently I noticed Eirewave radio (DB entry 247: http://eirewave.ice.infomaniak.ch/eirewave-128.mp3) is streaming a continuous audio loop announcing they've upgraded their technology and advising to go to their website for more information. I can't find a new endpoint to play in moOde. Seeing the recent post about Kanal-K reminded me I never mentioned this on the forum.

Also, running moodeutl -U turns up the following unresponsive station entries (caveat: I'm in the US. It's possible some of these are geofenced.) I've inserted the playable URLs I've been able to find with the help of radio-browser.info

Would it be possible to add KCRW Eclectic 24 and Sublime FM to the default radios?
