New WIP Setup Guide

Hi,

I've created a new Setup Guide based on the nice tutorial created by @azimuth.

It's a WIP at the moment and any feedback would be greatly appreciated :-)

Well that's jolly nice.

By the time I got to the end I'd thought of a few things to add, which I found were already there on second reading. I'd say that's pretty good.

This is good. I particularly like the ssh command section.

Being new to rPi and moode I used this new guide recently and it worked super good for me.

The Forum header link 'please read setup guide to get started' directs to '/moode/blob/develop/www/setup.txt' and gives a 404 not found.
Should it link to the new guide at /docs/blob/main/setup_guide.md ?
