Upcoming moOde 9.1.4 release

Here are WIP release notes for upcoming moOde 9.1.4 release.

In this release if an image does not contain a userid the WebUI receives a permanent notification.

   

Some remaining things on the TODO list for this release which may or may not make it are:
1. Add --exclude to ashuffle
2. Can't connect to Hotspot on Pi3
3. Drawing error from xinit on Pi3 (workaround is --disable-gpu)
4. MPD 0.24.0 if it ever gets released :-0
