Some weeks ago I read about moOde and I wanted to try it.
In the past I ripped all my cd's and LP's and put them into the cloud (Pcloud).
I could play all music on my PC's but not on the stereoset in the livingroom.
So I downloaded it and put it on a Raspberry Pi 5. The available music played
well on a spare monitor and also on the stereoset  in the livingroom.
Then I copied some music to the rpi5, this worked. But  there was not enough space
for all my music, so I tried to mount my pcloud storage (with rclone). I could play this
music with "play xxx.flac" but not with moOde.
So I made the music available to an NFS server and configured NFS on moOde.
I added a few pieces to the library and I could play them with moOde.
Then I decided to add all music to the library and started rebuilding the library.
I could see that the library was being filled and play this music.

But after some hours nothing worked anymore and I rebooted the rpi5.
Since then I can't connect anymore to http:moode or http:moode:4200.
But the console still showed the starting messages and I could log in.
I've tried a lot of things but I can't get it working for now.

Regarding rclone and moOde, you might have a look at an old thread of mine on the subject.

I ended up not doing anything more and don't have time to revisit the topic but it could be a kicking-off point for you.

It means that I could play the music (in FLAC format, in the file xxx.flac) in bash with the command play (part of SoX).

Reboot and then post the contents of the startup log.

The log can be viewed via the SSH command moodeutl -l or downloaded via the Logs section in System Config, or via Menu, System info from  any of the Config screens. The startup log will be at the end of System info output.

ETA: IIRC if NFS client on the Pi can't reach your NFS server there will be a really long timeout (several minutes) where the NFS client keeps retrying. The Pi will appear to hang during this period.
