Upcoming moOde 9.2.6

Here are WIP release notes for upcoming moOde 9.2.6 release.

Included are some nice improvements to HTTPS mode that allows the easy, automatic cert to work on Android, plus an updated Setup Guide that includes steps for installing the cert on Mac/Win/Linux/IOS/Android OS's and if needed into Browsers themselves. Thanks to @the_bertrum for the guide updates.

Also, it looks like the Pi kernel devs have bumped to the 6.12 kernel branch. Hopefully it will be packaged as an official Pi kernel soon.
