How do I remove an old Samba share

Running 6.4.2 - I plugged a thumb drive into my Pi with the volume title set to 'Music2'. Moode automatically created a Samba share for it which I could access through \\moode in my Windows 10 file explorer. It was great 

I've since removed the thumb drive and no longer plan to use it, but the 'Music2' folder still shows up when I navigate to \\moode in file explorer.


Is there a linux command I can use to remove this share?

I think these auto-discovery protocols often don't do well at detecting when remote resources are not there anymore. Usually you have to reboot the host (Windows, Mac etc) to force it to clears its resource cache and populate it afresh. Also reboot Moode.

You can verify that moOde has removed the Samba share by looking at /etc/samba/smb.conf. The share block for the USB drive should not be present.
