[PROBLEM] Loopback - no audio on some radio stations

Hi, Pi3 and Pi2, Moode-r741, HDMI out. Named device/overlay=none/none

Loopback off = All good I think.

Loopback on = I can play e.g. BBC Radio 6 320 (aac), but say 1FM blues radio (mp3) gives:

MPD Error
Failed to open "ALSA Default" (alsa);
Error opening ALSA device
"-audioout";
snd_pcm_hw_params_set_buffer_time_
near() failed:invailid argument

Any ideas folks? Many thanks. jim

I can repro but I have no idea why HDMI audio doesn't like ALSA Loopback device for this particular Radio Station.
