Problem: No soud on BT Speaker only when using Squeezlite

Music
Hi.
I have paired and connected a bluetooth speaker to my moOde player running on a RPi3 using the BlueZ menu.
Speaker is paired and connected. Output has been set to Bluetooh instead of jack.

If I play the "Left-Right" demo that is stored on the SD card, sounds comes out the BT speaker, great.
But I use this RPi as a Squeezelite Player.  When I sent from my LMS server music to this RPI-moOde player, music comes out the Jack instead of Bluetooth?

I tough the selected output (bluetooth) would apply to ALL sources of media. But it seems that media coming in from Squeezelite ain't routed out the bluetooth interface.

Is there a way to fix this?

Thx alot!

What version of moOde?

Bluetooth speaker out only applies to MPD but you can try setting the Squeezelite output device option to "btstream" in the Other options line in moOde Squeezelite Config. IIRC there are some posts in the Forum that discuss this.

I'm running version:  8.1.2 2022-07-08
I found a squeezlite command reference here:  https://www.mankier.com/1/squeezelite
I will try to add: -o btstream to the config and let you know the result!

Thx

I'll add an option for this in Squeezelite config in one of the upcoming releases.
