feedback after reboot

Hi,
This is not a huge problem, just an annoying one.
After each reboot of the raspberry,  the bluetooth connection beetween raspberry it self and WTX-700 is not possible.
I found one solution:
-first connect to the audio headset jabra75 and change for bluetooth speaker,  listen music to verify this is ok,
-second disconnect from,
-third connect to the WTX-700 and change for bluetooth speaker
then it is ok, the music is on  the hifi system.

If the problem is a raspberry bluetooth problem, seems it is.
-how to fix it (I will read any advice)?
-or buy a dedicated usb bluetooth device (BT-W4 latest one) as we already exchange with @Tim in a previous post.

reboot
once rebooted, everything fine,  means connect to WTX-700 is ok, just have to click on play on moodle webpage
