Can MoOde scrobbles to Listenbrainz?
#11
Hello, there is a new image building, fixing the issue you experienced. See the build and the issue.
The issue was that I was not handling properly an empty property GENRE_AS_FOLKSONOMY.
The build will take about 1h, let me know if this solves that issue.

Hi everyone,
Following up on this discussion about ListenBrainz support in moOde, I got inspired and built a little scrobbler that might be useful. I created "listenbrainz-moode-scrobbler," a tool that reads the currentsong.txt file generated by moOde and submits the playback data to ListenBrainz via its API. It’s been working smoothly for me—my tracks are scrobbling without any hiccups!
You can check out the code and instructions on GitHub here:

https://github.com/thestreamdigger/liste...scrobbler/

It’s a lightweight and straightforward solution, written in Python, and doesn’t require any changes to moOde’s core. Just set up and run the script. If anyone feels adventurous and wants to give it a try, I’d love to hear your feedback or suggestions!
Thanks to this thread for the inspiration — thanks for moOde!
Cheers
