Here's an interesting box for a Pi4B..... at first I thought the major drawback was how to mount HATs but on further examination the GPIO pins out are aligned to accommodate HATs. Comes with a proper power switch too.

I'm going to ask if the board to bring connections to the back for pwr and HDMI is available separately...

This is the code for the Pi3B so I am assuming similar info will come with the 4B case...

seems the fan pwr is before the Pi pwr    so having seen some Youtube reviews and fan spl  I believe MoOde will not tax the Pi4B past what the passive cooling will accommodate.... and if it does then the fan can be customised  

.... looking at the images there is a plug for the internal fan and that could be disconnected and substituted for a larger external fan...possibly from below   the case top is aluminium and the bottom is plastic (for wifi access) so attaching and modifying for a larger and lower velocity fan should be a "breeze"

I have the version of this case for the 4B board, very nice although the bottom plastic part is made from very thin plastic, not going to survive any kind of drop or blow, it would shatter. I wish the bottom were metal, or just a better quality plastic, something more durable like ABS.

Anyway, the case works quite well in dissipating heat passively, I did not connect the fan and the Pi is running Moode at about 40℃. I think the fan would only be necessary for graphics or video intensive applications.

I did see one YouTube video that showed use of the fan, it was whiny and much too noisy for my purposes, so if in fact it were needed I would search for a better quality quieter fan than the one they include.

I do like the re-orientation of all cable entry/exit at the rear, a big aesthetic improvement if the streamer is to be located in plain sight for instance in a living room.

In the U.S. Amazon has this case for $25, though they seem to be out of stock on the case alone, but they do have a bundle including a SMPS available for $35.

From some reading around.....the bundle including their SMPS may be needed if the fan is to be used (or the Pi as desktop)..there are reports of the low power lightning bolt when used with the standard Pi4B smps as the fan draw and the Pi both power from the same smps.

I'm not expecting to use the fan for MoOde use so thanks for the detail and temps you're getting.

I saw that Youtube video too .. in the comments it was noted that the demo was at full speed and it was much quieter when configured through the script...

Upon installation of the Argon ONE script by default, the settings of the Argon ONE cooling system are as follows:
-when the CPU temperature is at 55 C, the fan will run at 10% of its maximum speed
-when the CPU temperature is at 60 C, the fan will run at 55% of its maximum speed
-when the CPU temperature is at 65 C, the fan will run at 100% of its maximum speed

You may also configure the fan to suit changing the temps and percentage..

Amazon UK... the enclosure is available for £25.99... in stock, but no SMPS...
