Is it possible to backup current settings (Moode 4.3, with all tweaks) to transfer them later to a new installation?
There are several ways including one Tim and Kent have written about but which i can't find... I'm sure they'll be along soon to fix my ailing memory...
However, depending on your o/s these sites have full sd card image backup details if you want to do a reinstall of your current working system... https://eltechs.com/raspberry-pi-backup/ https://www.raspberrypi.org/magpi/back-up-raspberry-pi/ https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentatio.../backup.md

This thread was so great back in 2018, but can't help but wonder if it is outdated. Are the tweaks from this DIYAudio still relevant with today's Moode Audio version 7.3?
https://www.diyaudio.com/forums/pc-based...ost5398891 Is a new sound quality "tweaks" thread warranted? Thanks. energyi.

I've never heard the slightest difference with such tweaks, but I'm a sceptical soul.

Or to add some more details: the stuff mentioned on diyaudio is about "reducing electrical noise" caused by various parts on the computer, e.g. the wifi transmitter. However what these guys don't accept is that we are dealing with digital data and not analog data here, and as long as the signal level is above the noise level a 1 stays a 1 and a 0 stays a 0 and the sound is not changed at all. But this is a useless fight against snake oil products and people who trust in the placebo effect and who "can hear" the difference if you transmit digital data over wifi vs. ethernet and even put -> marks on ethernet cables to indicate the direction the sound signal must flow to get the best quality. You can either jump on that boat and then prepare your wallet for some serious hits ("HiFi USB cable" for several hundred bucks is normal), or stick to physical laws and save money while not risking any quality loss.

Very trollish to refer to some of our Forum members as delusional. Looks like you haven't read our Forum Rules after all.
