Sure. From SSH run the command below. Don't forget to make a backup of you system before updating.

sudo /var/www/command/updater.sh r730

I ran the command above with r740. It just sat there saying downloading update package r740. Not downloading anything. I am running moode on a Pi4. Never had a problem updating before.

The parameter has to be r730.

If it's not downloading then prolly some sort of network issue. Try rebooting your Router.

Curiously the same thing happened on this same unit (3B+IQAudioDigi+, wired) during today's in-place update from 7.4.0 to 7.4.1. On first "check for update", no update found, but following a restart, no problems.

The other three (Allo USBridgeSig+DigiOneSIg, wired: 3B+IQAudioDACPro, wireless: Zero+IQAudioDACzero, wired) had no problems.

Corrupted file on that one system, perhaps? Anyway, not serious.

Oh goody. Doncha just love it when they “f” around with stuff, I’ll now spend a happy half hour on Sunday updating my four streamers……coz tomorrow it’s off to “South of the river…..way on downsouth, London Town” with power tools in hand, for some work on Daughter2’s new house.
