I have been using MicroSD cards with a capacity of less than 32G before, and I have not paid much attention to the issue of Application Performance Class. Some SD cards are marked A1, and some do not have this item. I recently wanted to change to a MicroSD card of 64G or above, and suddenly I found that some cards were marked A2, so I bought two to try. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the response speed of my Raspberry Pi 3B when running moOde was greatly improved. Later, I used my other Raspberry Pi 3B and 4B to install different systems using A2's MicroSD card for testing. I was pleasantly surprised, and the running speed and system response speed were significantly improved!
I don’t know if everyone knows this, I just share my findings so that friends who don’t know can give it a try.
In addition, A2 is generally available for MicroSD cards above 64G, and A1 is generally available for cards below 32G.
