Edit Reason: typo

Afternoon all,
I have my rotary encoder running with these settings : 10 1 5 23 24. This gives me a nice snappy response to a twiddle of my knob (nurse!) with a 5 step movement on one click, but after a reboot I get a one step movement on one click until I go to the settings and stop and start the encoder. Also, there's an "executable bits" warning in the journal when the encoder starts.
Trivial stuff, but it's a bit quiet on the forum at the moment so I thought I'd bring it up in case Tim is getting bored
