Upcoming moOde 9.1.5 release

Here are WIP release notes for upcoming moOde 9.1.5 release

Some minor bug fixes plus a bump to librespot v0.6.0 and an update to moode Spotify Connect renderer to display cover art and track metadata on the "Spotify Active" screen. This was relatively easy due to the new event variables in v0.6.0 dev release.

Updates
- UPD: Bump to librespot 0.6.0

Bug fixes
- FIX: In-place update removes --disable-gpu in .xinitrc if present
- FIX: In-place update resets cfg_radio monitor field  to 'No'
- FIX: Resolv.conf file not being updated when using static IP address
