I know nothing about Yamaha and vTuner but I assume it implements a UPnP Control Point function internally.

See the thread starting at Make it possible to maintain upmpdcli-radio.conf via Moode’s interface. 

Once the stations are in upmpdcli's configuration file you should be able to access them using the UPnP Control Point. Cumbersome to set up, but may be an answer to your problem.
