You will need a UPNP control point like Linn Kazoo, Lumin, Bubbleupnp or Bubble DS installed on your phone or tablet.
In this application select the library Moode UPNP-mediaserver and you will be able to browse Tidal.
N.B This is the ability to browse and play only not a Tidal management interface.
