This is the code for the Pi3B so I am assuming similar info will come with the 4B case...

seems the fan pwr is before the Pi pwr    so having seen some Youtube reviews and fan spl  I believe MoOde will not tax the Pi4B past what the passive cooling will accommodate.... and if it does then the fan can be customised  

.... and looking at the images there is a plug for the internal fan and that could be disconnected and substituted for a larger external fan...possibly from below    the case top is aluminium and the bottom is plastic (for wifi access) so attaching and modifying for a larger and lower velocity fan should be a "breeze"
