Here is the warning message under the Audio Config option to turn on the Bluetooth controller.
"WARNING: A Bluetooth adapter must be physically attached and enabled before turning this ON otherwise moOde startup will fail."
Here are the telltale lines from the Sysinfo that u posted and the last line in Moode log showing the system hang when trying to start the Bluetooth controller.
Onboard BT = Off

The remedy is to start with a fresh image and leave Onboard BT ON.
