Whatever else is going on, this last line of your output suggests to me your install was or has gotten corrupted. Normally, the Linux/Raspbian syslog file is a text file. Witness
Do, please, start with a fresh download of the moOde 6.4.0 zip file freshly flashed to a uSD card, preferably using a program like Belena's Etcher, which validates the flashed result.
Added: Of course, the usual admonitions about an adequate power supply and quality uSD card apply.
