Hi Tim,
thank you - yes I booted up the PI with unmodified 2018-03-13 Raspbian Stretch Lite - and started the mosbuild, writing directly to SDcard,
maybe this is the issue (?)
The SDcard is brand new and has no issues.
I will try with a second USB SD card stick and will let you know.. :-)
