I'm sorry but you've mentioned so many different things in your posts I'm confused as to whats working for you and what's not.
This thread started out with the proposition that Bluetooth input/output was failing after some elapsed time.
It would seem that in post #27 you are saying Bluetooth output is working with moOde 6.4.0 on an RPi3B (?) with 5v power supply, no DAC and no NAS. Basically good, although your logs show you've configured moOde for a DAC and for your NAS. [1]
By way of comparison, the test I started yesterday with moOde 6.4.1 on an RPi3A+ is still running just fine after 18 hours now.
At this point I'm going to bow out. I no longer think there's some residual problem with Bluetooth but some basic problems with your hardware setup. I can't readily diagnose them with log scans looking for software issues.

[1] the logs also show that your NAS is running a very old version 3.2.8 of Samba. The latest release of Samba is 4.10.13 and moOde (well, Raspbian, actually) is only slightly behind with version 4.9.5.
I have no idea what the implications of this may be but your NAS performance is a different issue. I have never had such a problem as "the sound it is very bad and low" with any variety of NAS and any version of moOde on any RPi model.
