I'm not sure I understand your statement

Same what you said with volumio: quite no clicks at all. Just one or two per song.

Does "[J]ust one or two per song" mean you still get clicks, just not as many?

Yes exactly what I tried to say.
Same everything but the sdcard:
Dsd with moode lots of clicks and pops
Flac or mp3 none.
Dsd with volumio (same songs) just a couple during the playback. 
Flac or mp3 none. 

Sorry for not being as clear as I would be
