[PROBLEM] MPD error "Failed to open ALSA" only occurs after coldstart

The symptom suggests something external to moOde software is causing the HAT to fail to initialize on power up.

HAT initialization happens during the Linux boot sequence which occurs before moOde starts. moOde startup is launched in the /etc/rc.local script which is not executed until Linux has fully completed its boot sequence.

Examine the boot log for HAT initialization errors.
