[PROBLEM] MPD error "Failed to open ALSA" only occurs after coldstart

Just tested a Pi-2B w/DigiAmp+ and no issues. Granted I'm using the soon to be release 6.5.0 which is based on Raspbian 10.3 and kernel 4.19.115.


Maybe try reseating the HAT board after spraying on some contact cleaner or alternatively updating to latest kernel in case you are experiencing some sort of kernel bug.
