If the Library is opened b4 MPD database update completes the library cache will be incomplete.

Menu, Configure, Library
Delete Library cache

@romain64 I'm not sure this is the same problem, I mounted my drive in SAMBA and not NFS.

But try to clear the cache and re-gen you DB after a successful mount.
