Bluetooth auto-connection

It's doable but this feature would require several moving parts including a config screen and underlying sql table for storing the mac address, output pairs. I'll add to the TODO list.

Maybe a simpler idea would be to have the option to specify if moode should treat all bluetooth connections as incoming or as outgoing (and if it should connect them automatically).

The output device could then be set automatically depending on the answer. I guess most users would fall into either of those two categories with a minority using both incoming and outgoing connections.
