[SOLVED] Hifiberry Amp2 click on playback start / stop

=> Does the lack of response mean that no one else is experiencing this issue? Are there any others out there using the AMP2? If so, I'd be really grateful to hear whether you are hearing a pop when playback starts / ends

I have 2 systems running with the Amp2 and had this effect at the beginning.

The problem occurs when the Amp2 volume control is high and the music signal is rather quiet.

- Use the "Hardware Volume" setting. In this case the volume "Digital" in the alsamixer corresponds to the volume setting in moode. See screenshot below. Both are at 30. Then restart moode (maybe 2x).

Then the clicks should be gone. If not send screenshots like mine.

Thanks for getting back to me. I've tried as you suggested, but I can still hear the clicks as before. I'm not quite sure what the procedure you described actually does - can you explain?
